\n1.2. Customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the Privacy Policy when he or she visits the Website, visits the social network, and agrees to receive direct sales announcements.
\n1.3. A customer who does not agree with any provision of the Privacy Policy may not access the Website or social networking accounts.

3. PERSONAL DATA
\n<\/strong>3.1 Personal data is specific information collected about the Customer that is used to accept an order from the Customer and is stored electronically until the order is delivered or transferred. Also for direct marketing purposes.

Personal information includes any information including, name, gender, date of birth, email. email address, telephone number, address, IP address, login to https:\/\/picnicbistro.lt website, device identification data, browsing history on https:\/\/picnicbistro.lt website, order history collected about Clients by UAB \u201cLi\u016bta\u0161irdis\u201d for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

These data also include the personal information of the Clients in the public space, which is accessed by UAB \u201cLi\u016bta\u0161irdis\u201d upon contacting the Customer via social media or after performing active actions on the social media accounts of UAB \u201cLi\u016bta\u0161irdis\u201d.<\/p>\n

4. OBJECTIVES OF DATA PROCESSING. LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING. STORAGE PERIOD

\n4.2. The customer is requested to provide details when booking the service. Please provide the following details: name, telephone number, e-mail address. Purposes of data processing: customer service, registration and identification.
\n4.3. UAB \u201cLi\u016bta\u0161irdis\u201d will send offers on goods to persons who have provided their contact details and expressed a wish to receive direct marketing information about the goods and \/ or services offered by UAB \u201cLi\u016bta\u0161irdis\u201d by electronic means (e-mail, SMS messages, etc.). sales, newsletters and other promotional materials, ask for opinions about the products purchased and services provided. For the purpose of direct marketing, UAB \u201cLi\u016bta\u0161irdis\u201d processes the following personal data of the Customer: name, surname, gender, telephone number, e-mail. email address, city, date of birth. Customer data will be used and stored for direct marketing purposes for 5 years after consent is obtained.
\n4.4. In order to refuse to receive direct marketing communications, the customer has the right to write an e-mail to labas@picnicbistro.lt at any time.<\/p>\n

Customer data may also be disclosed to third parties who administer the website and social media channels. Every time the Customer visits the Website, UAB \u201cLi\u016bta\u0161irdis\u201d collects information about how the Customer uses the Website with the help of third party software Google Analytics.
\n6.3. All information provided by the Customer via social media is controlled by the operator of that social network. These cookies are used to identify Customers when they return to the Website. This allows us to provide content tailored to the needs of the Clients and to memorize relevant information for the Clients. The basis for the processing of the data collected by these cookies is the consent of the Clients.<\/p>\n

7.1. The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to these Privacy Policy provisions. All disputes regarding the implementation of these provisions shall be settled through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disagreements shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
